  • 1 package (36 ounces) Stouffer’s® Family Size Grandma’s Chicken & Vegetable Rice Bake

Directions

  1. Cut tops off bell peppers; remove seeds and ribs.
    Preparation: 5 min
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 3 minutes or just until tender. Place in baking dish. Microwave rice bake for half the time noted on package directions; stir.
    Cooking: 7 min
  3. Fill peppers with rice bake.
