- 1 cup baked tortilla strips or chips
- 1 small zucchini, trimmed and halved
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and quartered
- 2 teaspoons Maggi® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled1/2 to 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast meat
- 1/2 cup whole-kernel corn1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add bouillon; stir to dissolve.
Cooking: 5 min - Place tomatoes, zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, jalapeño and garlic in food processor; cover. Process until chopped. Add to saucepan.
- Preparation: 5 minStep 3Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Cooking: 15 min - Add chicken, corn and cumin; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Cooking: 10 min - Serve with tortilla strips and cilantro.
