California Salad

I think this recipe has been around for ever. I got it from our Mom. I have seen this recipe with a lot of different names. Don’t be afraid of using the sour cream. The sweetness from the other ingredients makes it delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, well drained
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments, well drained
- 1 cup coconut
- 1cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
- maraschino cherries, chopped, opt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 8 hours, 24 works best.
Notes
Make sure you drain your fruit really good or your salad will be soggy.
Total time includes chilling time.
