Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces of spinach leaves
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add spinach, stir
and cook until it softens.
2. Add salt, pepper, ghee, parmesan, and ghee, stir and cook for 4
minutes.
3. Add sour cream, stir and cook for 5 minutes more.
4. Divide between plates and serve as a side dish.
