  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, chopped
  • 15 ounces canned tomatoes mixed with habaneros
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, ground
  • ΒΌ cup green onions, chopped


1. Heat up a pan over medium heat, add sausage, stir and cook until it browns.
2. Add tomatoes mix, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.
3. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and the green onions, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Spread pepper jack cheese on the bottom of your slow cooker.
5. Add cream cheese, sausage mix, and sour cream, cover and cook on High for 2 hours.
6. Uncover your slow cooker, stir dip, transfer to a bowl and serve.
