Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Portobello mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- ½ teaspoon basil, dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon tarragon, dried
- ½ teaspoon rosemary, dried
- ½ teaspoon thyme, dried
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix oil with vinegar, salt, pepper, rosemary,
tarragon, basil and thyme and whisk well.
2. Add mushroom slices, toss to coat well, place them on your
preheated grill over medium-high heat, cook for 5 minutes on
both sides and serve as a keto side dish.
