Spoon Burgers

I got this recipe from my sweet mother in law.  I remember when Husband and I were dating, she would make these.  So we have been eating Spoon Burgers for a long time.  Pretty much they are sloppy joe’s

Ingredients

• 2 pounds hamburger
• 1 can Chicken Gumbo Soup
• 6 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 teaspoon yellow table mustard
• hamburger buns
• slice cheese, opt.

Instructions

1. Cook hamburger, season with salt and pepper. Drain off grease
2. Return to skillet and add soup, ketchup and mustard.
3. Simmer 10 – 15 minutes
4. Place about 1/2 cup on hamburger bun, top with cheese if desired.
5. Enjoy!!
