3 ripe bananas

1 whole egg

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tsp baking powder
·
1.25 cups raw instant oats
·
1/4 cup almond meal/flour
· 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas as much as you can. Then, add the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix evenly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Once evenly mixed, spray a cupcake tray with nonstick spray.
- Disperse your batter into 9 cupcake molds. Bake at 350⁰ F for 18 minutes.
