INGREDIENTS

·         1/2 cup raw oats

·         1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

·         1 TBSP coconut flour

·         1 egg white

·         2 TBSP water

·         1 TBSP + 1 tsp lemon juice

·         1/2 tsp lemon zest

·         2 stevia packets

·         1/2 tsp baking powder

·         1/4 tsp almond extract

·         1/2 tsp poppy seeds

HOW TO
  1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F.
  2. Grind the oats into a flour.
  3. Then add it to the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix evenly.
  4. Spray a cupcake mold with nonstick spray and pour your batter into two cupcake molds.
  5. Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes.

    Enjoy.

If dairy free, omit the protein powder entirely.
