Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts (or almonds)
- 1 cup dried apple slices (1 oz)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates (80 g)
- 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Place the walnuts in a food processor and blend until a grainy flour forms.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
- While it is blending, scrape the sides down until everything forms a thick paste.
- Use a heaping teaspoon to individually mold the paste into 20 balls.
