Bring out the skewers, the shrimp and and amazing mayo sauce that will make them disappear. This is also great with chicken. This is a great, easy summertime food and even the little ones like it. We have made this many times and is one of our favorite go to suppers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 8 uncooked shrimp or chicken kabobs
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients, reserve 1/3 cup.
- Brush kabobs with remaining sauce
- Grill until shrimp turn pink
- Serve with reserved sauce
