Ingredients | 3 total

  •  4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 package (17 ounces) Stouffer’s® Grandma’s Chicken & Vegetable Rice Bake
  • 4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken & vegetable rice bake according to package directions.

  3. Cut tops off tomatoes. Run knife along inner edge of tomato to cut segments, being careful to not cut through tomato.
  4. Use a spoon to gently pull out the segments. Fill each tomato with ½ cup chicken & vegetable rice bake.
  5. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Place in baking dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are softened.
