Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 can jackfruit in brine, drained and shredded
  • 8 6-inch corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup prepared guacamole

How To :

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the tomato paste, soy sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and olive oil. Toss the shredded jackfruit in the sauce and set aside.
