This is a quick and easy recipe. My kids and husband loved it. It only took a few minutes. This is from Tiffany.
- 1 LB FRESH ASPARAGUS
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 1 LEMON WEDGE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- HEAT OLIVE OIL ON MED HEAT IN LARGE SKILLET.
- ADD ASPARAGUS, GARLIC AND SEASONINGS.
- SAUTE OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL ASPARAGUS IS TENDER.
- SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE.
