This chocolate pecan fudge recipe comes together in just a few minutes and is perfect for gifting, snacking, and serving for any occasion.
Made with or without nuts, this dessert is a year-round favorite.
° 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
° 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
° Half a cup of butter
° 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1 cup chopped pecans, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish
Mix the chocolate, milk, and butter in a medium sized glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and reheat for another 15 seconds if necessary.
Adding extract & stirring until soft . Add 1 cup pecans, stirring. Pour into a tray lined with foil. Spread with a spoon about 1 inch thick. Put the rest of the chopped pecans. Relaxing until you are set to serving . Cut them into 1-inch squares and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!

If you’re not a fan of the microwave, you can easily melt chocolate, milk, and butter in a double boiler on the stove.
