This recipe was given to me by my sister in law, Linda Duncan. She received it from her daughter’s mother-in-law.
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
2 apples peeled, thinly sliced
2/3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
In blender mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until blended. Melt butter in 9×13 pan in oven. Do not let butter brown. Remove pan from oven, add apples and immediately pour batter over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 425 degrees in middle of oven for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serve immediately.
