Mike’s Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (I use instant rise)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and let rise 15-20 minutes.
- Roll out and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
