This came from Kit Cook, she was a girl in our ward for a few years. She loved to cook. These cookies have everything in them you could ever want. They are a little stiff to stir, but are delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, add eggs.
- In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Add to cream mixture in 3 batches.
- Add vanilla
- Combine remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Drop on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until they start turning a light golden brown on the edges.
