Combine the ingredients for the rub. Rub it all over the pork roast. Put in a 9 x13 pan and cover with foil. Put in refrigerator over night.
Combine all the liquid ingredients. Pour over the rubbed roast and cover very tightly with foil. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and cook roast from 4-6 hours, until the meat is easy to shred. You can serve with Coleslaw, BBQ sauce, pickles and mustard, on a bun.
