Ingredients 2 pounds hamburger 1/2 onion, chopped 1 cup celery 1 cup carrots 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2 cup barley 1 large can diced tomatoes 4 1/2 cups water 2 beef bouillon cubes 1(46 oz.) can tomato juice Instructions Brown hamburger with onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off grease. In a large pot add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Simmer until vegetables are tender 30 minutes to 1 hour. Notes I found the barley by the rice.
