Soft and chewy cookies. The secret is in the pudding. They are the only oatmeal cookie I ever make. They are soft and yummy. They are so good you might want to double the batch.
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 small instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins (opt)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Add flour, baking soda and box of pudding, mix well. Stir in oatmeal and raisins if desired.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
I like to pull them out when the edges are just turning brown.
