Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow butter cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 can mandarin oranges, do not drain
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 1 container Cool Whip
• 1 large instant vanilla pudding
• 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix until smooth.
2. Add mandarin oranges, including the juice and the chopped nuts. Mix until combined.
3. You can bake this in a greased 9 x 13 pan or in 3 layer pans.
4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
5. Remove and let cool completely
6. Icing:
7. In mixing bowl combine box of pudding with crushed pineapple with juice, until pudding looks dissolved. Mix in Cool Whip until combined with pudding mixture.
8. Frost cake.
