This is my son Kyle’s favorite cake. This cake is for coconut lovers, but even those who don’t like coconut like this cake. It is easy because it starts with a cake mix.
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix
- 1 tall can Coco Lopez
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 7 oz. coconut
Instructions
- Mix and bake cake as directed on box. While cake is baking mix Coco Lopez and sweetened condensed milk. When cake is done and still warm poke holes in cake, holes need to be about the size of the end of a wooden spoon. Pour Coco Lopez mixture over warm cake. This will seem like a lot, but use it all. After cake is cooled frost with Cool Whip and top with coconut. Refrigerate.
