Oven Baked Pork Chops

I found this recipe on Printerest. The blog was called Faxo. I was looking for something quick and easy. This recipe fit the bill. It was delicious and very easy.
Ingredients

- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tbl. olive oil
- cooking spray
- tin foil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine the last 4 ingredients on a plate. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then dip and coat each chop in the mixture. Press the mixture over the chops to make sure they are well covered.
- Line a pan with tin foil, spray with cooking spray then place the chops on the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Notes
The oiginal recipe called for boneless pork chops, I like bone-in.
